  • Contact Information: Your phone number (via WhatsApp) and email address (if you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us).
  • Event Data: Records of events you have RSVP'd to or attended, dietary requirements, and payment information (processed securely via our payment partners; we do not store card details).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To verify your identity and maintain the safety of the Deenya community.
  • To display your profile to other verified members within our secure platforms.
  • To manage event RSVPs, attendance, and necessary logistics (e.g., dietary needs).
  • To communicate with you regarding events, community updates, or your profile.

3. Who Can See Your Information

Privacy is a core pillar of Deenya. Your full profile is only visible to other verified members of the Deenya community. We never publish your profile publicly on the open internet, nor do we share your data with third-party advertisers, marketers, or data brokers.

If you get married, leave the community, or simply wish to have your data removed, you can request profile deletion at any time by messaging an admin in the WhatsApp group or emailing us. We will remove your profile and delete your associated data within 48 hours.
